We are always assuming things into existence. When we change the assumption, we change the cause and thus the effect. It’s extremely simple if you believe it is. And once you start looking at things that way, there is no going back from it.
Do not be too attached to your existing reality if you wish to slip into another one. How could you wear a different costume, if you don’t take off your existing one?
The way you see something, or someone, is not the only way that’s out there. Because nothing is out there except for a shadow. It’s all happening in your mind. Your external world is like a printer, printing what you fed to it as an input. It’s not the printer’s fault if you keep printing the same old stuff, and squabbling with the printer isn’t going to cut it.
Change where the content is coming from, the only source of everything.
For most people it should be a relief to know that it’s never your circumstances that matter, and you have the power to change anything and anyone by changing your beliefs. But we make it trickier by constantly questioning ourselves, wondering if we’re doing it right.
Stop asking how and start ‘assuming’ that it is done. Wear that costume already.
How do you switch states?
“Through belief! You must believe in the doctrine. You are told: ‘Whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will’.”
Neville Goddard
Detachment, often misunderstood, is a great word. It’s the most beautiful virtue in the world. I sometimes rank it even above kindness, for when you’re truly detached is when you can help yourself, and others, without any entanglements. When things don’t seem to go our way, we can let go of our idea of how things should be. Detachment means trusting that you have it in the most perfect form.
We are the creator, and we can choose to be attached to nothing, yet connected to everything.
“Detachment is not that you should own nothing, but that nothing should own you.”
Ali Ibn
Detachment is minimizing our worries and maximizing our manifestations. It is creating an energetic space for your desired reality to show up. Your energy must be a priority and where you invest it- whether it’s in worrying or allowing.
When you realize that you are the only one that is real in your reality, and everything else is fiction and can be altered, you automatically relinquish your attachment to any unwanted state you may be holding on to.
Techniques?
Once you’re living from the lifestyle of believing, you don’t need to follow any kind of technique so intently.
Every word that comes out of your mouth becomes an affirmation.
Every thought that appears on your mind’s canvas becomes an intention.
But sometimes, like our characters, we also need a script to boot from. So you can start to say to yourself:
I SET AN INTENTION TODAY TO GO ABOUT MY LIFE, RIGHT FROM THIS MOMENT, FEELING HAPPY, JOYOUS, WONDERFUL AND MAGICAL.
I REFUSE TO LIVE MY LIFE IN WORRY OR ANXIETY.
I CREATE ONLY BEAUTIFUL, MAGICAL AND THE MOST PERFECT VERSION OF EVERYONE OUT THERE.
I LOVE MYSELF AND I PAMPER MYSELF, AND THAT IS WHY THE WORLD LOVES ME AND PAMPERS ME.
I SET AN INTENTION TODAY TO STOP CHASING THE REFLECTION AND FOCUS ON THE SELF.
IT’S DONE!
Our personhood is just a concept we hold about ourselves. Everything you assume for yourself and others to be true, is what you see presently.
The person you think you are does not exist anywhere. There is no textbook version of you or others. That is why it is incredibly easy to choose from infinite parallel realities, and be what you wish, by ignoring what you are currently.
You and your conception of yourself are one. You are, and always will be, greater than any concept you ever hold of yourself
Neville Goddard
When we treat life as the most perfect gift we have, it takes care of us and rewards us every second for choosing it, and it doesn’t need to be told how. It soon becomes a beautiful realization that faith is the only fortune we’ll ever need!
