Mindfulness, being aware of your breathing and focusing on it, is widely practiced across the globe today and is known to have numerous benefits. Neville educated us to always be mindful of our thoughts and to remember that we are the God of our reality. We must persist in our presumptions, ignore the carnal world, believe in our imagination, understand that thoughts create our reality, and to make this a way of life, as delightfully described by Jen. Awareness is all there is to realizing your wishes into the world of Caesar.
If you can be mindful of your breathing, physical fitness, finances and other things, then why not discipline the mind muscle? It may initially seem challenging and artificial, but with time it gets easy to flip every doubt or fear that crosses the mind. In short, be vigilant of your mental diet. In fact, when you realize that you are God, you won’t need to be mindful. Because God is love and all you will see in every situation and person is pure love, because God doesn’t see evil, hatred, lack or limitations.

How should I manifest my desires?
Is there a universal formula to manifest your desires? Not at all, since you are the God of your reality, and God only knows with certainty that it is done. God is at ease, God remains still and unmoved, and God doesn’t doubt, try, or use a lot of effort. Nevertheless, the ease of understanding the equation to manifesting your desires is depicted below:
Being aware + Unflinching faith in the unseen reality, in the law that you are the GOD of your reality + Persisting and dwelling in a favorable state for the most part = Shifting into a parallel reality, i.e. manifestation of your desire in your current reality/3D world.
As reiterated in many articles on the I AM Love website, it is up to you to define the rules in your reality based on your tenets, and so is making it a lifestyle. Create rules that serve you well, such as – only your positive thoughts and suppositions manifest, your negative thoughts don’t hinder your manifestations, all of your intentions manifest instantly, YOU are the God of your reality, etc. Believing in oneself is similar to having blind faith in an external God (Jesus Christ, Lord Ram, Allah, and several others), that many have believed in across religions to change circumstances like an alchemist. The only difference being, there is no external dependency when you truly recognize that you are the operant power. Abide in the ruling that your desire is a done deal, and that is all there is to it.
“If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by the evidence of your senses”
Neville Goddard
Who Am I?
Why is it difficult to believe in the God within you and easier to believe in a power outside of you? It is so, because you are conditioned that way. You tell yourself it is tough, you look for evidence – which amounts to a “belief”.
There is no separation between YOU and GOD. There is no separation between YOU and YOUR DESIRES- be it your specific person, dream job, wealth, health, or anything else. It is only the ego-self that brings in separation and hence the need for survival.
Infinite consciousness/God is formless (non-physical – like a gas). It takes on zillions of forms, both living and non-living, just like two or more rivers may originate from the same spring. The rivers have different names, flow in different directions, while one may be longer and wider; and the other shallower. Nevertheless, their source is the same and thus, I AM You and You are me i.e. Consciousness. I am the God of my reality and you are the God of your reality. Nice analogy from a theoretical standpoint, but does it sink in? Not really!
So, let’s explore – close your eyes and ask yourself a few questions like, “Who am I?”, “Am I just my body?”, “Ignoring my physical self, can I find more to myself and do I end someplace?”, “Am I really powerful?” and so on. What answers did you find? Do you feel or hear stillness and do you find an end to yourself when you eliminate your body? Irrespective of what your answer was to you being “powerful”, it is only your acceptance. In other words, an understanding or experience of the senses – an illusion.
This is what is meant by God is infinite, boundless, consciousness, awareness, stillness, enough and more. Thus, I AM – all over the place, in all shapes and sizes, with and without life. I never cease to be and have no boundaries, I am complete. I am not my not my body, I am more than my thoughts. I AM GOD.
Yes, we are all one consciousness, consequently there is no other in your reality, and we are extensions of God in a solid structure. Nevertheless, in our human form we each walk our own course and so we mustn’t compare the rate of success of each others journey.
Remember the God (your subconscious and imagination) within, is mightier than your human-self. The answers to everything lies within (your I AMness).

To not react to the world of shadows, to shift states quickly through any technique that resonates with you, and to not require visual proof, is EMPOWERING. Being mindful about such a lifestyle makes an individual feel INVINCIBLE.
Vow to tread the chosen path, savor the sojourn while you live in the end, and make the unseen, seen.

February 7, 2020 at 12:10 PMI agree that mindfulness is essential but it’s much more than just focusing on the breath. The official definition by Jon Kabat Zinn, is ‘paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally.’ It is a state in which you fully experience the richness of the present moment with all it’s sensations both pleasurable and painful. Rather than something you ‘do’, it’s something you ‘be’.

Experience this God within n this power through Sahaja yoga once again… At least try again if you are willing to. If not, there is always a path… It’s again your choice.
