Thank you both for another brilliant podcast. You really help to explain Neville’s teachings. Having read most of his books and listened to many of his lectures I still needed something else to actually implemented his ideas. You are the ‘missing link’ in my opinion. Perhaps I discovered your website as part of my journey.

Can you talk about letting go. Receiving/ allowing
